Base salary estimates start from BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), May 2024 data for psychologist occupational categories (SOC 19-3030, 19-3032, 19-3033, 19-3034, 19-3039). State multipliers are derived from BLS state-level mean wage data for all psychologist categories.
Specialty adjustments are based on BLS specialty-level data where available (I-O, clinical, school) and on professional association surveys for specialties without dedicated BLS codes (forensic, neuropsychology).
